A few days ago, the IMAGINE Traduzioni team visited the Arca della Misericordia association to deliver food supplies.
Preparations for food collection and box assembly turned into a real relay race: from drawing up the list of items to collect, to packaging, and finally to delivering the goods. We felt like Santa’s little helpers, sharing the joy of working together for a meaningful cause.
During our visit, Roberta, Rina, and Maddalena greeted with simple yet profound words. They run the centre with dedication, offering support to those most in need. Rina called us “a gift from heaven”. It’s in moments like these – amid everyday rushes and deadlines – that we realise how meaningful small acts of kindness can be for those who, every day, work to offer shelter, care, and dignity to people who are often left behind.
We witnessed first-hand how even small contributions can have a significant impact on the lives of those who are in need. Sometimes all it takes is a simple gesture: a box, a kind word, a gesture that speaks straight to the heart.
Because every day can be Christmas when someone feels accepted and having support.
